As the Founder and Director of Sharp Property Buyers, Matt Sharp brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. Raised on the Central Coast, Matt possesses an unparalleled understanding of the local area, making him an invaluable guide for clients navigating the region's real estate market.
Over the past decade, Matt has built a robust property portfolio, purchasing properties both locally on the Central Coast and across Australia. His extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the industry have solidified his reputation as a trusted real estate advisor.
Matt holds a Real Estate Licence in multiple states, is recognised as a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA) and is also a proud member of both the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA) and the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia (REBAA). These credentials underscore his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in the field, and his dedication to professional excellence is further underscored by his recent appointment as a Committee Member for REBAA.

Property Specialist & Analyst
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for thorough research, Jede plays a pivotal role in our team, ensuring that every property undergoes rigorous due diligence before acquisition. Jede has built a diverse investment portfolio across Australia over the last twenty years, bringing a wealth of expertise to her role.
Jede holds a Queensland Real Estate Licence and has also completed a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Marketing and Management).
Jede's strong analytical skills, coupled with her deep understanding of the property market, make her an invaluable asset to Sharp Property Buyers.

Associate Buyers Agent
Renee brings over 15 years of combined experience in accounting, finance and real estate to Sharp Property Buyers. As our Associate Buyers Agent, plays a pivotal role in supporting the team throughout the property acquisition process.
Renee holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (majoring in Financial Accounting), an Assistant Agent qualification and a Statement of Attainment in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
A passionate property investor and "rent-vestor" herself, Renee has firsthand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities within the real estate market. Her expertise in both accounting and finance, coupled with her industry experience, empowers her to guide and support our clients in making well-informed investment decisions. Renee’s diverse skill set and industry knowledge make her an important part of the Sharp Property Buyers team.

Operations Manager & Associate Buyers Agent
Jackie brings over a decade of property investment experience to Sharp Property Buyers.
Before joining our team, she worked in advertising law for twelve years as a Paralegal. Jackie has completed a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Human Resources), is a NSW Justice of the Peace and holds an Assistant Agent qualification. Jackie is also currently advancing her expertise by working towards her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
As a born and bred Central Coast local, Jackie has the expertise to guide our clients through the intricacies of the area and property market with confidence.
