As the Founder and Director of Sharp Property Buyers, Matt Sharp brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. Raised on the Central Coast, Matt possesses an unparalleled understanding of the local area, making him an invaluable guide for clients navigating the region's real estate market.
Over the past decade, Matt has built a robust property portfolio, purchasing properties both locally on the Central Coast and across Australia. His extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the industry have solidified his reputation as a trusted real estate advisor.
Matt holds a Real Estate Licence in multiple states, is recognised as a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA) and is also a proud member of both the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA) and the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia (REBAA). These credentials underscore his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in the field, and his dedication to professional excellence is further underscored by his recent appointment as a Committee Member for REBAA.

With more than 20 years of personal investment experience, Jede plays a pivotal role in delivering detailed property analysis and strategic advice for our clients. She holds a Queensland Real Estate Licence and a Bachelor of Business, combining strong industry knowledge with sharp analytical expertise.
As the owner of a diverse investment portfolio – spanning duplexes, triplexes, and Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) properties – Jede provides first-hand insights into a wide range of property types and investment structures. Renee brings over 15 years of combined experience in accounting, finance and real estate to Sharp Property Buyers. As a Buyers Agent in our investment division, she plays a pivotal role in supporting our investment clients throughout each stage of the property acquisition process.
Renee holds a Real Estate Licence, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (majoring in Financial Accounting) and a Statement of Attainment in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
A passionate property investor and "rent-vestor" herself, Renee has firsthand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities within the real estate market. Her expertise in both accounting and finance, coupled with her industry experience, empowers her to guide and support our clients in making well-informed investment decisions. Renee’s diverse skill set and industry knowledge make her an important part of the Sharp Property Buyers team.

Jackie brings over a decade of property investment experience to Sharp Property Buyers.
Before joining our team, she worked in advertising law for twelve years as a Paralegal. Jackie has completed a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Human Resources), is a NSW Justice of the Peace and holds an Assistant Agent qualification. Jackie is also currently advancing her expertise by working towards her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
In 2025, Jackie was honoured with the Support Person of the Year award at the PIPA Awards for Excellence. This national recognition celebrates the precision, care and unwavering dedication she brings to her role — supporting both our team and our clients with excellence behind the scenes.
