Founder & Director

As the Founder and Director of Sharp Property Buyers, Matt brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. He was raised on the Central Coast, so brings an exceptional understanding of the area to the team. Matt has built a robust property portfolio over the last decade, having purchased property both locally on the Central Coast and across Australia.

Matt holds a Real Estate Licence, is recognised as a Qualified Property Investment Adviser® (QPIA) and is also a proud member of both the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA) and the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia (REBAA).

Matt was also a finalist in the category of Rising Star in the 2022 Real Estate Business (REB) Awards. The prestigious REB Awards ceremony is the benchmark for excellence, recognising the industry’s most distinguished agents and businesses across Australia.

Originally from Sydney, he knows first hand what it is like to relocate to the Central Coast with a young family. He’s not just here to assist you with your relocation journey, he’s here to share his first hand experience; understanding the challenges and joys that come with such a move like no other. Mitch has been investing in property for most of his adult life. He holds a Real Estate Licence.

Jede is our Property Specialist and Analyst. She conducts deep due diligence and research on all properties prior to purchase. Jede has completed a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Marketing and Management) and has built a diverse investment portfolio across Australia over the last twenty years. Jede was once a Central Coast local, however now resides in Queensland with her family.

Jackie is our Operations Manager. Prior to joining Sharp Property Buyers, Jackie worked in advertising law for twelve years as a Paralegal. She has completed a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Human Resources), is a NSW Justice of the Peace and owns multiple properties across Australia. As a born and bred Central Coast local, Jackie has the expertise to guide you through the intricacies of the area with confidence.

Matt and Mitch were fantastic to work with! Their local knowledge of suburbs and streets was so helpful for narrowing down my search. Extra info was provided about services, schools and trades which was a bonus and an enormous help and timesaver.
