Charmaine is driven by a genuine desire to help our clients achieve their property goals. Bringing together economic insight and a keen interest in real estate, she supports the investment team in identifying and analysing opportunities that align with each client’s strategy and long-term objectives.

Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Economics (BSBA – Economics), giving her a strong foundation in economic principles, market behaviour and analytical thinking — skills she applies daily in her role as Property Analyst.
