Short version: highly recommended, good value.
Long version: we used Matt Sharp's "Auction Only" service for a property we had identified.  I expected advice beforehand and bidding for us on the day.  We got much more: advice on how to approach the purchase and coping with risks that emerged, plus skilful negotiation and frequent communication.  He negotiated the purchase prior to auction.
