We’re excited to share that Sharp Property Buyers has been named a finalist across five categories in the 2026 PIPA Awards for Excellence.
Our 2026 finalist categories are:
- PIPA Business of the Year – Medium (Sharp Property Buyers)
- PIPA Support Person of the Year (Jackie Sharp)
- Property Investment Strategy Award (Matt Sharp)
- QPIA of the Year, Buyer’s Agent – Borderless (Matt Sharp)
- QPIA of the Year, Property Investment Adviser (Matt Sharp)
Why this recognition means so much
PIPA stands for Property Investment Professionals of Australia — the peak professional association for Australia’s property investment industry. The organisation is focused on raising professional and ethical standards within the industry, making this recognition particularly meaningful to us.
QPIA stands for Qualified Property Investment Adviser. It is a specialist accreditation for professionals who provide property investment advice.
At Sharp Property Buyers, we believe property investment advice should be strategic, well researched and tailored to each client’s individual goals. Being recognised by an organisation that shares these values is something we’re incredibly proud of.

Although individual names appear alongside several of the categories, these finalist nominations belong to our entire team.

The 2026 nominations are particularly exciting because Matt and Jackie are both finalists again in the categories they won last year.
In 2025, Matt was named QPIA Buyer’s Agent of the Year – Borderless, while Jackie received the PIPA Support Person of the Year award.
